If you have any technical questions, please always check our knowledgebase first to see whether it had been answered before. If you need to contact our support team, please include following information for us to better support you:
- Product name and version. For example, XmediaStorm V4.0 Release 040603.
- Direct X and Windows Media Format version. For example, DirectX 9.0b, WM9.
- Operating system used and language. For example: Windows XP English version.
- Hardware configurations. For example, P4, 516Mb memory, 100G Hard disk, WinTV capture card.
- Other information you think may be useful for us to troubleshoot. For example, a screenshot of error messages.
