Implemented MJPEG video stream support for network IP cameras. Any IP camera that can output unencoded M-JPEG stream will work with XtraSense now.

Version 1.52
Fixed "ComProperty: Registry error" bug when trying to run XtraSense on a computer without serial com port. The serial com port is used by XtraSense for SMS alarm notification.

XtraSense supports network IP cameras now:

a. Supports any camera 
with direct image access (has direct URL to capture camera video frame). For example, the direct image access URL for AXIS 2100 is http://camera_IP_address/axis-cgi/jpgimage.cgi.

b. Added camera lost detection for IP cameras. System will try to reconnect every 15 seconds if a connection to camera is lost.

Start from version 1.3, XtraSense changed default video encoding format from WMV to XvidD MPEG to better support multiple camera system. XviD tends to consumes less recsources in multi-thread mode and give user more flexibilty to configure codec quality. After upgrading to version 1.3, existing users can still access WMV video files recorded by previous versions.
